A Q U A

Transparency

Following its Code of Ethics, AQUA is committed to actively publishing relevant information about its activities and ensuring the right of acces to public information.

Strategic Plan

In this section, the strategic plans of the Andorran Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (AQUA) and the corresponding closing reports are published. These documents outline the lines of action, strategic objectives, and initiatives implemented by the Agency in each period, as well as the level of implementation and the main results achieved.

Their publication reflects AQUA’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and the continuous improvement of the Andorran higher education system, and provides citizens and stakeholders with a clear overview of the Agency’s evolution and strategic priorities.

Internal Quality

The quality policy of the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education in Andorra is based on the pillars of the agency's mission, vision, and values, aiming to ensure the internal quality assurance of AQUA. Its primary objective is to contribute to sound strategic planning and operational management of the institution. AQUA expresses the following commitments to quality:

 • Compliance with current legislation and the Agency's Code of Ethics.

• Design, implementation, monitoring, and review of its internal quality assurance system (IQAS), based on the cycle of continuous improvement.

• External evaluation according to international quality standards.

• Accountability and effective communication with its stakeholders.

The internal quality policy applies to all AQUA's internal processes, deployed in procedures. All the management and technical team are subject to this policy.
