Director

Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He has worked as a lecturer and researcher at the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil), Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (China), and Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (Morocco), where he also held responsibilities in internal quality assurance. 

Between 2022 and 2023, he worked as a senior technician at AQUA.

He was appointed director of AQUA by the Parliament of Andorra in January 2023, a position he has held since then.

Quality Assurance Specialist

Graduated in Hotel Management and holds a master's degree in International Organizations Management from SDA Bocconi University. She has worked in various sectors, from organizing events for hotels to consulting in communication for the higher education department of UNESCO. She has lived in eight countries in the last ten years before returning to Andorra in 2021. Currently, she is also the vice president of the GosSOS association.

She has been a Quality Assurance Specialist at AQUA since September 2022.

Quality Assurance Specialist

Graduated in Philosophy and holds a master's degree in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics, specialized in applied ethics to organizations. She has also pursued postgraduate studies in public health and quality assurance. She has primarily worked in the higher education sector, focusing on university research and quality.

She has been a Quality Specialist at AQUA since September 2021.

Junior Quality Assurance Specialist

Graduated in Psychology from the University of Girona, and is currently completing her master's studies in Neuropsychology at the Open University of Catalonia. She began her professional career during her undergraduate studies, working for four years as an assistant at the Language and Cognition research group at the University of Girona. In Andorra, she started working as an educator for nearly two years.

She has been a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist at AQUA since February 2024.

Bachelor of Humanities from the University of Andorra and the Open University of Catalonia. She has developed her professional career in the event organization sector, administrative management, and more recently, as head of the procedures and project management area.
