On the occasion of his birthday, AQUA is pleased to officially introduce Nabil Bettaoui, who joined the Agency in June 2026 as a Junior Quality Officer.

Nabil holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Human Rights, Democracy and Globalisation from the Open University of Catalonia. Prior to joining AQUA, he developed professional experience in legal consultancy, equality policies, human resources and human rights, including work as a Human Rights Advisor at the Ombudsman Institution of Andorra.

Since joining the Agency, he has been participating in AQUA’s internal training programme and contributing to a variety of activities related to external quality assurance, document review and evaluation processes.

The AQUA team warmly welcomes him and wishes him every success in this new professional stage.
