Between the 12th and the 14th of November, representatives of the Andorran Agency for Quality in Higher Education (AQUA) attended the European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) 2025, held at Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary. 

The EQAF provides a platform for dialogue among the various stakeholders involved in quality assurance in higher education — including quality managers from institutions, students, staff from quality assurance agencies and researchers. 

It enables professionals to exchange of experiences and best practices, and offers them an opportunity to receive training and stay up to date with the latest trends in higher education quality assurance. 

This year’s discussions focused on the theme: “Quality assurance in times of crisis: ensuring stability, autonomy and international cooperation in higher education.” 

Through the different sessions, attendants explored concrete examples of the current state of quality assurance and gained a deeper understanding of how it can be managed in contexts of political, social and economic instability.
