The Quality Assurance for Higher Education in Andorra (AQUA) is opening a public consultation on its Strategic Plan 2026-2028, aiming to strengthen transparency and stakeholder engagement in shaping the priorities for the next three years. 

The plan sets out key objectives to consolidate quality in higher education, aligned with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) and international best practices. 

We invite citizens, institutions and professionals to review the strategic objectives and share comments via the online form available here. Contributions can be submitted until 18 January 2026. 

All feedback will be considered before the final version is presented to the Steering Committee.
