Renewal of the Bachelor of Speciality in Obstetrical and Gynaecological Nursing, Midwifery at the University of Andorra

The curriculum for the University of Andorra’s Bachelor of Speciality in Obstetrical and Gynaecological Nursing, Midwifery was approved in 2009 and the accreditation was renewed in 2016.

To do this, the application of the curriculum was assessed following Andorran legislation and the principles of the Bologna Process and the European Higher Education Area. This process has considered the preliminary self-report prepared by the University, a visit to the facilities by a committee of international experts and interviews held with the players involved in each qualification. This external assessment was structured according to the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) of May 2015 (http://www.enqa.eu/index.php/home/esg/).

The external assessment of University of Andorra (UdA) qualifications is focused on continuous improvement and assuming a quality culture in higher education in Andorra.
