Teaching staff work experience assessment process

Law 12/2008 of 12 June on the organisation of higher education establishes that universities may hire teaching staff who do not meet the minimum qualification, provided that they have sufficient work experience in the relevant field. An accreditation by AQUA is necessary beforehand, however.

This document establishes the procedure for universities to be able to process this accreditation.
